Hi! I am Dr.. Kay
Dr. Kandace Fields is a wife, mother, faith leader, author, coach, and founder of I Am God’s Jewel, a women’s ministry dedicated to reminding women of their worth and identity in Christ.
Maryland raised and now Norristown bound, Dr. Fields holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, with certifications in Life Coaching and Change Management. An ordained Prophet, she has served faithfully in ministry through praise and worship, teaching, Bible study, and missions in Haiti.
She is the devoted wife of Pastor Mike-Anthony Fields, Pastor of Revive Church in Norristown, PA, and a mother who treasures family and community.
Above all, Dr. Fields deeply loves the Lord and desires to live a life that pleases Him. Through her ministry and leadership, she is passionate about breaking generational cycles, building safe spaces for women, and creating a Kingdom legacy that will outlive her.

I Am God’s Jewel is the women’s ministry of Revive Church, created to remind every woman of her worth, identity, and purpose in Christ.
Through fellowship, service, prayer, and empowerment, we create safe spaces where women can grow in their faith, build meaningful connections, and experience restoration. From Women’s Bible Study and intercession to our Empower Hours, annual gatherings, and empowerment podcast, we equip women spiritually and practically for every season of life.
Through Dorothy’s Pantry, we also serve our community by providing food and practical support to those in need.
Our heart is simple: to remind her who she is, whose she is, and that she never has to walk alone.

A DAY OF SISTERHOOD & WORSHIP
Our annual gathering feels like a deep breath you didn’t know you needed—warm hugs at check-in, worship that lifts the room, and prayers that meet you right where you are. We laugh, we cry, we listen to the Word together, and you can feel God steadying hearts and restoring worth. Women drive and fly in from all over, and by the end, it feels like family.
We have women-owned vendors and celebrating sisters who quietly serve their communities. Giveaways keep it light; honest conversations keep it real. You’ll leave with new friends, practical next steps, and a confident sense of who you are in Christ. Stay tuned for 2027!

Through faith-based mentorship, I walk alongside women who are navigating transition, feeling stuck, or simply know there is more but aren't sure what their next step looks like.
Together, we'll create space to reset your heart, refocus your vision, and rediscover the woman God is calling you to become.
This is coaching rooted in faith, prayer, honest conversation, intentional action, and accountability.
You don't have to figure out your next chapter alone.

Dorothy's Pantry
Dorothy’s Pantry is a community outreach initiative of Revive Church, created in honor of my grandmother, Dorothy.
Growing up in Baltimore City, I watched my grandmother, Dorothy Highsmith, live a life of service. The soup kitchen was within walking distance of our home, and as a child, she would take me with her to help feed people in the community. But her heart for serving didn't stop there. She also opened our home, cooking meals and feeding people who were in need.
Long before I understood the impact of what she was teaching me, she was showing me that love looks like showing up, making a plate, and making sure someone else has enough.
Today, Dorothy’s Pantry carries that legacy forward.
We pack food and take it directly to the streets and local encampments, meeting our unhoused neighbors where they are. We serve not only with food, but with dignity, compassion, prayer, and love, reminding each person that they are seen, valued, and not forgotten.
What my grandmother taught me as a little girl in Baltimore has become a legacy I now have the privilege of continuing.
