Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Services Reset. Refocus. Rediscover. is a faith-based mentorship service intended to support reflection, personal development, goal clarity, accountability, and practical next steps. Mentorship is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for licensed professional services. 2. Program The standard program consists of six individual sessions, generally 45 minutes each, scheduled over approximately six weeks. The program investment is $300 total ($50 per session). Virtual sessions are standard. In-person meetings may be offered when feasible and mutually agreed upon. 3. Client Responsibility The Client is responsible for participating honestly, completing agreed-upon reflection or action steps, making personal decisions, and seeking additional licensed or qualified support when needed. 4. Confidentiality Information shared in mentorship will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required or permitted by law, where the Mentor reasonably believes there is an imminent risk of serious harm, or where the Client provides written authorization. Confidentiality has limits and cannot be guaranteed against every circumstance. 5. Communication & Scheduling Sessions are scheduled in advance. At least 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions without adequate notice may be considered used. Between-session communication is limited to brief accountability or scheduling matters unless otherwise agreed. 6. No Guaranteed Outcome Mentorship provides support, structure, questions, encouragement, and accountability. No specific personal, spiritual, professional, financial, or relational outcome is guaranteed. 7. Fees Program fee: $300 total.
